IP Flex is a fab-less designer and supplier of semiconductor chips based on its proprietary DAP/DNA (shorthand for “digital application processor/distributed network architecture”) technology. This technology enables the Company’s chips to be instanteneously reconfigurable (in fractions of one second) through the use of software, permitting one of its chips to perform different functions currently being carried out by two or more chips.
